I found some delicious celery at the market, very dark and flavorful. I used the stalks for a soup, but still had some remaining, so I decided to make celery salt with it.
-toast celery leaves (I ended up adding fresh coriander too) until crisp
-crumble with fingers
-mix with nice salt (I used Maldon)

ohhh! i actually just did this with some fresh celeriac 2 nights ago! soo delicious on eggs in the morning.
