Jägerschnitzel mit knädeln und krautsalat!
To make the dumplings:
-mince white onion and fry until camelized
-two ladels flour
-two eggs
-one heaping spoon of creme fraiche or greek yogurt
-salt
-cilantro
-boil water
-using a flat knife cut small chunks into water
-drain and top with homemade butter

one day rather than lurking on your blog and simply cooing over the beautifully prepared meals, I shall give myself an afternoon to recreate some of these dishes! this is top of my list.
