Spinach salad with purple basil, fresh mint, avocado, and nasturtium with lemon juice and olive oil dressing/cracked salt and pepper
Halibut cooked with lemon juice, garlic and chile flakes
Roasted carrots and scallions 
Plus chilled mint tea

mmmmmm....
i have been using only lemon juice and olive oil on everything too!
very good on steamed swiss chard and summer squash, with fava bean omelets (put cinnamon in the eggs and yogurt on top)!
