Special weekend brunch.
Miles made a veggie mosaic timbale from Deborah Madison's Greens cookbook. 
SO GOOD.
We ate it with big leafy caesar salad (dressing was anchovies, greek yogurt, lemon juice, parm, and pepper)

yea it sooooo is. i love caesar when the leaves don't get broken up til you cut them on your own plate, coated with creamy anchovy rich dressing. you should have invited me over, ashley, WTF?! :))
