I've been making granola from the leftover almond grounds I have when I make almond milk.
Don't know what else to do with them...
Any other ideas?

you can make a lovely facial cleansing powder, equal parts almond meal and dry milk. more recipes here: http://www.amazon.com/Absolute-Beauty-Radiant-Harmony-Ayurveda/dp/0060929103 So enjoy your blog! x
OMG. clearly you should make a frangipane tart --- maybe topped with PNW fruits like halved plums! frangipane is also good with a little cocao powder folded in.
make these cookies: http://www.choosingraw.com/vanilla-almond-sugar-cookies-another-creative-use-for-almond-milk-pulp/ or these crackers: http://www.elanaspantry.com/vegan-almond-pulp-crackers/
or just dry it out completely and use instead of almond flour in any recipe (and for that i have about a billion good recipes....)
wow, so many fantastic ideas!! i feel inspired to make my own almond milk now. (and also b/c i would love to have a clear reason to make frangipane tart in my life - yummo!)
