Thursday

I've been making granola from the leftover almond grounds I have when I make almond milk.
Don't know what else to do with them...
Any other ideas?

OMG. clearly you should make a frangipane tart --- maybe topped with PNW fruits like halved plums! frangipane is also good with a little cocao powder folded in.

yum. seems like a good place to put those leftovers. I want to invite myself over now for a glass of almond milk ;)

make these cookies:

or these crackers:

or just dry it out completely and use instead of almond flour in any recipe (and for that i have about a billion good recipes....)
