Wednesday

Gujarati cauliflower with peas
Heat mustard seeds in sunflower oil until seeds begin to pop
Add cauliflower and a half a teaspoon each of turmeric, coriander, curry and sea salt
Cover for 2 minutes, then add 3/4 cup water and frozen organic peas
Cover and cook 6 minutes, mix in fresh coriander to serve
