nmm, I am so curious what you are cooking with these??tomatillo, heirloom tomato...how do you eat them. I've always wonder about these vege.
i made a green chili with them! sautee shallots, pepper, and garlic, grate tomatillo and tomato and vege stock and white beans, then top with cilantro. lime and scallion.
im too sick to move..how i wish someone would make me this healthy and nourishing meal. yum.
I so just bought ingredients for a vegan version of this. Tomatillos! xo
