Hähnchensuppe mit knädeln und sahne///
Chicken soup with dumplings and cream
 I made stock two days before because I realized we had everything in our fridge to make a soup... Leek, onion, celery, carrot, parsley, salt and chicken carcass we picked up last minute from our butcher.
 Knädle dough is two cups flour, one egg, salt, heaping tablespoon of sour cream, flat leaf parsley and chives beaten and cut into soup
Then used same ingredients to make the soup (plus dumplings and a spoonful of heavy cream)...
