INDIAN FALL


Dinner at Amber and Emmett's. I have this ayurvedic cookbook that has inspired me to cook more Indian food, so I went and bought all the spices because there seems to be only six main spices that are used in different quantities in every dish... Only thing is I can't quite seem to get it right, so I teemed up with Emmett and made a chicken curry with green bean bhaji and it turned out really good. He had this great way for making cheap papadums: bake tortillas brushed with olive oil and garlic in the oven!
