NIJVERDAL

Another one of Claudy's most recent works in Nijverdal's new City Hall and probably my favorite. She worked with a Japanese architect to create a conference room and marriage hall inside the building. The outside is indigo-dyed Drenth Heath wool felted with Guimpe, a tradtional style knotting and the inside is covered in different textured and treated felted white wool. So beautiful and breath-taking in person.
