Monday

Here are some shots I will be using for my portfolio. I was also very inspired by this magazine I got a while back, don't know if I quite captured its greatness though.

nice work, you have really honed in on the look. I really like the yellow one with the lace top half, it looks like a dress you would wear

the dresses, ash, are spectacular, truly. and the photos capture a very sweet, strange, unusual look--you did a really fantastic job.

Wow Ashley...very impressive!!!
Wish i could be at your upcoming show so i could touch and feel these felted works of art :)
I love how you've combined the lace with the felting...a style all it's own.
Good luck with the show.

Irene :)

I love everything you have done! Are they for sale yet?? Can you open a store in Zurich, there is the cutest felt store here...maybe when you come to Berlin you could stop by and show off your beautiful works of art. Congrats and good look on the show.

Both you and your dresses are amazing. I wish I could be there, but Tuesday just didn't mesh with my work schedule. I love you and I'm very proud of you!

hi ashley! i just read about you on the CRAFT blog; your work is so gorgeous! i use a lot of crochet doilies in my pieces too, but the combination of them with hand-felting is truly divine... wish i could come see your show!

Such beautiful work! I love the juxtaposition of sculptural felt and the fine, delicate laces. Oh, and I love the photography too, especially those pictures with a white textured background. Old barn wood + vintage tiles? = love.

I just discovered your blog through this link - thanks for sharing your work!
