TAKING THE TIME
I have started to keep a daily meditation log to force myself to take the time. My cousin Gaby says it takes 70 days to make or brake a habit. I am on Day 11. I would like meditating to become a part of daily routine. I find it extremely challenging to create routines for myself, so it helps that this book has numbered pages.

can you get one for me too.... i love it....i as well cannot make the time for meditating it is driving me nutty
