My Omie has always been known to make something out of nothing. Tonight she told me an old Austrian dinner that you can throw together in just a few seconds. It's noodles with butter-fried breadcrumbs and a heaping spoonful of cottage cheese. It sounded a little weird, but it tasted delicious!
