Monday

 Another oil-free lunch with Theresa!
So quick and delicious...
Grated carrots, blanched dino kale (squeezed dry and sliced into ribbons), tofu drizzled with tamari, red onion, sesame seed, and miso dressing from Sasha (brown rice vinegar/tahini/water/ginger)
topped with torn coriander leaves
YUM

I am so enjoying copying some of these recipes, especially the interesting ways to avoid using oil (which I think is fantastic to do from time to time).
Since you don't have tags (like oil-free cooking), I was wondering if you ever post your recipes somewhere else, where there are tags? Or, is there another blog you could point me to that also has such recipes? Thank you for your time! - as it was only on your blog that I found such recipes, I hope you don't mind me taxing your brain, so to speak! :)
Remaining a fan of your blog, Greta

i don't post them anywhere else, but now that you mention it.. maybe i will! I only recently started cooking this way (like last three weeks) so i don't have that many yet. i think one of the best health food blogs is "my new roots" which inspires a lot of the recipes i make...

Thanks for that blog suggestion. I'll admit that I'm partial to the recipes you curate on your blog, and also think the food posts blend in seamlessly with the rest of your blog, with its au naturel vibe.
Things are noblest when they are closest to their natural form - and I think your blog speaks to that, for whatever its worth.
Anyway, thanks also for the barley juice recipe, I tried it today and loved it.
