 Moong Dal with green chard and mustard seed
So easy:
Mince half an onion, brown onion in a tiny bit of peanut oil (I used ghee since we didn't have peanut oil), toss in a tbsp fresh ginger, a tsp of cayenne and tumeric, one cup of moong dal (soaked for 2 hours) and one cup water. Simmer for 20 minutes, add torn coriander leaves

yum. lentils are one of the few legumes i can eat and i can't eat grains so i will be making this soon...
