mmmm looks so good.
i made a tomato dressing over the summer totally on a whim (tomatoes on the counter at their absolute best moment, about to be no good but not there yet), turned out really well, have been waiting til summer rolls around again for that one:)) can't really remember what i put in there though, think i might have put buttermilk or something, remember it being kind of creamy... could try that out when you need a slight deviation from yours:)))
