15 minute meal: half brussel sprouts (preferably from stalk), place cut-side down on a cast iron skillet with a shake of olive oil and sea salt, put a lid on it, turn fire to a high heat and cook for 7 minutes until halves are nice and brown and sprouts are cooked through, in the last two minutes throw in some garlic or hot pepper (even kimchi is delicious mixed in!) and squeeze the juice of one lemon over! yum
Boil some noodles or just eat plain! They are so delicious!
