My Omi told me this easy, cheap, and delicious schnitzel recipe the other night (no sticky bread crumb fingers):

pound pork with hammer

ground salt/pepper

rub with minced garlic

pat both sides on plate of flour

pan fry

for carrots:

wash and slice carrots and red onion

toss with olive oil

salt/pepper

roast on 350º
