Fiber talk- Sasha Duerr, founder of the Permacouture Institute and I are planning an installation and event at August in May... It's going to consist of a beautiful dinner (similar to her Dinner to Dye for) and hopefully a workshop/demo. Can't wait! Above are different colors she got out of olive leaves and olive fruit, which of course got us talking some more since I have been making the rugs on an olive oil farm....

every one of your posts lately makes me more and more upset i don't live in san francisco! although, today i finally got to experiment with some felting and it was the best day ever! still, wish i could take part in all of these amazing projects you're spearheading on the west coast...
