RIGHT NOW!

Here is a little snipbit of information I found extremely useful in the karma workshop. Recently I have been constantly complaining about being "too tired" and "too run-down" to do any work. In fact, the day before the workshop my mom was asking me why I was so stuck and I gave her a half hour of excuses for why I wasn't doing anything.

The truth is (so I'm learning) is there is no past or future, only the present and by attaching ourselves to the past or future we miss the present moment which is filled with endless creative energy waiting to be transformed.

Aha!

Yes, I read today on a book about a French shepherd, that living in the present is also the way to live happily and to accept anything good or bad that happens. Could be true :)
