TOASTIE

One night late last week before my show Molly brought me this lovely package. It was some cooked potatoes with carrots, fried onions, and a sausage (there is a Dutch name for this meal but I forget) her husband Willem made with a "toastie" on top. She said I will be eating a lot of toasties in Holland and they are the best on a cold day when you have been walking around for a long time.
