REGGIO EMILIA

When I was in Atlanta at this teacher conference I went this workshop about this Dutch preschool in Holland that provides children with "real" equipment for play rather than having plastic "toy" versions. Their philosophy: children are "real" participants of life learning how to use these things. I was so inspired I convinced my school to follow in their footsteps :)
