Lunch. I was really inspired by this hash brown article in NY Times Mag because I never realized I should boil the potatoes before grating and frying them, so I tried it and they turned out great, not quite as crispy as they should be, but good nonetheless. Ate it with easy schnitzel and radish and fennel salad. Yum
